We are looking for an experienced commercial attorney who has excellent judgment, loves to negotiate deals, analyze complex legal issues and find creative solutions. We seek candidates who enjoy working independently, are highly resourceful, have exceptional communications skills and are able to balance competing demands in a positive and client-friendly manner. We want collaborators who will help structure deals with business counterparts and, hopefully, contribute some humor to our legal slack channel.
